I'm interested in participating in a study group focused on experiential training in private and public structures.
Studies will include but are not limited to:
Weekly group calls w/ possibility of webinars,
Creating and understanding indentures (full walk through)
Officer appointment and acceptance letters,
Creating asset ledgers and exchange proposals,
Capitol and Beneficial interest ledgers and certificates,
Seals,
Security agreements,
Public entities with private backers,
Filing with Fed/State (what with who and why)
Crypto wallets and exchanging FRN's for Crypto,
Email encryption for private communication,
Practice board meetings using Robert's Rules of Order, alternating officer roles while creating situations that may come up while operating trusts and recording minutes and resolutions,
And anything else we can think of...
Basically an "MIC style" curriculum without the limited time frame or expense.
I have very little experiential knowledge and would love to collaborate with you guys. Who knows, we may end up being officers for each other :^)
If you're interested please use this forum to note so and we will get together and make it happen.
Thanks for your consideration,
Ncogneto
