I have a question with regard to obtaining the U.S. passport for the purpose of traveling abroad. At one time the states issued a passport from the state, which permitted one to travel abroad and the document was accepted by other countries and by the U.S. Customs upon one's return. The fifty states no longer issue passports. We are limited to that which is issued by the U.S. State Department.

Is it possible to obtain a U.S. passport without contracting to U.S. citizen status? In other words, does anyone have competent experience and confirmed and verified evidence that as an American National/Union State Citizen (not a U.S. citizen) a U.S. passport can be obtained? I would appreciate assistance in this area.

And yet, I've investigated this matter. A passport application requires two forms of proof that the applicant is a US citizen.

One of the forms of Identity is a US birth certificate. I'm fairly certain that the possibility of such a thing existing is zero percent.

States issue certificates of live birth, but the US does not, at least to my knowledge and research.

Then, the form requires a penalty of perjury statement that is preceded by a criminal code threat from 18 USC.

WHY would they require your certification (claim) after having received two forms of proof that a "status" already exists?

Admission trumps evidence, for one, but also, YOUR SIGNATURE CREATES YOUR LIABILITY.

I'm waiting on word from PJ where to upload these docs, but in the interim, I'll attach them here. I went through the Passport application, a DL application, and a SS5 application for a Social Security Number, and I pulled most every "hook" word I could find. I then disclaimed having knowledge of the "permanent, complete, static and full meaning" of each word used in these docs, but especially the hook words, which I listed. I recorded this doc publicly, as a notice that I am absent capacity for entering into a situation of liability, or claim, because of the absence of capacity, which is based on the meanings not being present on the words used in the docs mentioned. There is one more but I want to sanitize it, or upload a generic version.

I've seen several tricks when applying for passports, but why not just disclaim one's signature up front?

I'm open to discuss this more. While I authored this document, from scratch, I am without claim of ownership of any thing. So feel free to process this, and even use it, if you find it of value.

This is an important topic, and the surface has only been scratched here. I have read a lot about this in the past month or so, after years of the subject only registering subconsciously. What I believe:

The birth certificate serves as a certain type of proof. It is required if one wants to obtain or assert citizenship BUT it is also prima facie evidence of American nationality. In other words, it can be used to either claim the benefit of US citizenship, or exercise the rights of a an American national/state citizen/non-citizen of the federal US.

The federal government requires the BC as proof of qualification, but it is not proof of citizenship on its own. When you check the box that says "I am a US citizen" on the passport app, and offer the BC as proof, that is good enough for the State department. If you check "other" or "non-citizen US national" as the case may be, the BC is still required, but you have not just applied for a benefit.

Again, this is just my understanding-- I have attached a brief from the "coppermoonshinestills" guy, and one should check out Roger Sayles info regarding getting a passport as a non-citizen. Here is a video link:



The reason that this approach makes sense to me: when reading US code, how often have you seen a disagreeable statute that purports to apply to non-citizen nationals? I can't recall that being a term that is used much at all. They do assert that American Samoans are on-citizen US nationals, and imply that virtually no one else is.

BTW I do not recommend buying Sayles' book- there is a load of filler in there, such as the whole bill of rights copied and pasted, etc. I think that there are other places for the info. A lot of this jibes well with the SEDM "Getting a Passport as a US national" info. I also find Sayles to be anti-gay and strongly promoting his idea of Christianity, which I believe is impertinent to empowering ALL of us.

I am looking into getting a "non-citizen national" passport, as I am cancelling my Drivers License and want some form of gov. ID for work and banking purposes. If anyone wants to assist me with this endeavor, I will be more than happy to share my progress. I plan on using a family bible and/or Affidavit of Nativity...along with a few witnesses that will vouch for me. I plan also to use my family name's original spelling, before the US decided to change it. I will Guinea pig this process if I can get some help. May we all learn together!
